This is the a news up coming now.Read below.
I was reading another question, and someone said if you had XP you could change FAT to NTFS by using a certain command on a command prompt. In fact, they said FAT can only be converted to NTFS on Windows 2000 or XP. But why would anyone need to do this with XP if XP already comes with NTFS (doesn’t it)?Unless they upgraded to XP from an older system, or downgraded to DOS from XP (which I can’t imagine why anyone would do). Also, is it even possible to use FAT on XP, or NTFS on DOS? And if not then what if someone downgraded from an NTFS system? Would they have to convert to FAT? I know no one would probably do this, but I am just curious.
